Overall he has been a FANTASTIC baby. He has a little colic and a little reflux issue, but those are totally minor in the big scheme of things. He is VERY alert and pays attention/watches EVERYTHING! We are starting to get a pretty set schedule going (which is nice). His typical day wakes up around 9 or 10, eats then plays for almost 1-2 hours then takes a nap, wakes up around 2, eats, runs errands with mom, hangs out with dad or plays some more, then takes another nap around 5 or 6....Sleeps through our dinner (THANK YOU FRANKIE!) then wakes up and has the Cranky Frankie timer when the colic hits. He usually stays fussy until he goes to bed around 10. Then the boy seriously sleeps...first stretch of the night is around 6-7 hours. Yes he will easily sleep from 10pm-5am or later. He then eats and falls back asleep instantly until he wakes up for the day.
He is playing a lot more now. He has a few favorite toys now and likes singing songs with Mommy. He LOVES his sea horse. Personally, I swear the sea horse is magical. We can lay him in bed drowsy, and by the time the sea horse is done playing he is sound asleep. Told you it was magical. He still loves his play gym and any toys that play music or have sound in them. He likes sitting on the couch in the morning and singing songs with Mommy, like Little Bunny Foo Foo and a few others. He also likes sitting in his swing and watching Yo Gabba Gabba while letting mommy get ready every morning. He likes having stories read to him and play time with Dad every day.
He still LOVES his bath. He will be the kid that throws a tantrum trying to get him out of the tub when he gets older. He will be the pruney kid. Personally, I would love to get him in a swimming pool to swim right now. Stupid chlorine isn't good for him, so he might be getting a kiddie pool in the very near future :)
And now what you all have really wanted....Pictures! Enjoy! Until next month....
