Its official! I have hit 35/35!

What is 35/35 you might be asking? It means as of today I am exactly 35 weeks pregnant....with only 35 more days to go. YIKES! Ok, time is officially flying now. In 2 weeks, I will officially be considered "full term". I am just a month away (give or take a week or so) from meeting Bean! HOW CRAZY IS THAT?!?!?!?! Um, there is waaaay too much to do before he gets here. Like his nursery, and installing the car seat, and PACKING MY HOSPITAL BAG! The Dr yelled at me today for not having this done yet. Especially considering we have already made a trial run to Labor and Delivery, so you would think I would have immediately gone home and packed it. Um, nope! Not even close. Haven't even gotten the bag out of storage yet. I did buy myself a cheap robe to wear around the hospital (because we all know how modest hospital gowns can be). But other than that...I have done nothing. Ok, time to get on it. Or so I keep telling myself...

On a separate note...I think I found Bean's coming home outfit! Here it is:

And if you can't tell from the picture, those are vintage/antique toys on the sleeper (that MATCH HIS ROOM!) and the blanket that has a hat and booties to match! So freaking adorable. And F even likes it. Woohoo. We'll see if I don't change my mind before we actually leave for the hospital though. He has so many adorable clothes, its hard to decide.

On another note, had my Dr's appointment today. I have gained.....1 WHOLE POUND! WOOHOO! Feeling pretty good about that. Dr says he is growing just fine. I asked her how big she thought he would be. She said "probably not too big, unless he's hiding really well in there" until I told her how big F and I were as babies....to which she replied "oh, then definitely in the 9lb range" YIKES! So much for my small 7-8lb baby. Then she proceeded to tell me "your mom delivered you just fine at 9lbs7.5oz". Yeah lady, my mom also decided after going through that pregnancy and labor she would never have another kid either. So, that's not very reassuring for me, but thanks for trying. Maternity leave paperwork is in at the Dr's right now. Planning on being out from May12th-August 14th. That just seems so weird to say I will be gone from work for 3 months. I haven't taken more than 2 weeks off in my life. So strange to say, but definitely looking forward to it. Lets just hope this guy holds out until I go on maternity leave. Im not planning on going out early!
